Light or rich fruit cake. Our fruit cakes are made from a traditional recipe passed down through our family for generations. We still use all natural ingredients. Real butter, country eggs, flaked almonds and the best quality organic dryed fruits laced with Irish Whisky.

All cakes are covered with real marzipan almond paste and finished with roll out icing in white or ivory. Decorated with piped icing design of your choice and/or sugar flowers in many colours.
