Long awaited, Georges Delicatessen and Patisserie have opend another outlet. This time in Drogheda, Town Centre Shopping centre on West Street. All the deliccious cakes, home baked breads, special gluten free breads and some of our fine selection of gourmet treats as well as lots of salads, sandwiches made to order and a selection of hot food is aviable at the new Georges Delicatessen. And all this, to either take away with you, or sit down relex and eat in.
We are also selling fresh organic vegetables from Deirdre O'Sullivans farm on request and the best local cheese made by Dave Tiernan.

A Chef's dream shattered
It is with great regret to have to tell you that our lovely Restaurant had to close. Due to the poor economic situation we could not survive any longer.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank especially all my loyal staff for all there hard work and the effort they put into the business to try and make it a success, but with the best will and all there help we did not make it.
I would like to thank also all our customer's and guest's who supported us over the last few years, and I am especially sorry if we cant accommodate any of your future plans you may had. I like to think one day I will be able to cook up a feast for all of you !
The GOOD NEW'S !
The good new's is, that we still have our well established Pastry Shop in Slane and our Delicatessen Shop in the West Street Shopping Centre in Drogheda. We hope you will find everything you need for Christmas, and any cakes and pastry's and deli food you could wish for we will try and make them for you.

This year we will participate at the Annagassan Viking Festival on Saturday / Sunday the 8th and 9th of August.

All this rain is good for something, our Garden has come on tremendiusely in the last few weeks. The grass is lush and green, and lots of herbs are ready to cut and use in our salads. Read more
